Monthly Stipend to the apprentices from the date of engagement shall be paid as below:

Online Applications are invited for engagement of Graduate I Technician Apprentice for a period of one year under the provisions of the Apprentices Act 1961 (amended till date).

Candidates willing to apply for Graduate/Technician Apprentice in WCL will be required to submit online Web-Application Form in the official website of WCL. (www.westerncoal.in) mentioning their enrolment details of National Apprentice Training Scheme (NATS) web portal. No other Mode of Application shall be accepted.

• a. Who have passed qualifying examination before 30/06/2017. (Or)
• b. Who have undertaken any previous training as a part of the apprenticeship programme (except as Sandwich student). (Or)
• c. Who have undergoing presently Apprenticeship Training at any establishment. (Or)
• d. Who have in the employment elsewhere (Or)
• e. Who is undergoing any Regular Course of study as regular candidate from any Educational Institute. (Or)
• f. Who have been provided with One Year's Practical Training after completing qualifying examination i.e. (Degree/Diploma) in any mine.
