The candidates from the Select List are hereby also informed that, the Registry has issued appointment letters in their favour today itself, directing them to report for joining the duty as a Peon on the establishment of this Bench, as early as possible, preferably within a period of 15 days from today. In case, any candidate from the Select List has a difficulty of whatsoever nature and is not in a position to join the duty within the stipulated period of 15 days, s/he must inform the said fact to this office, in writing, explaining the problem / peculiar circumstances restraining and the Registry will consider such a case on its own merit and if satisfied, may grant time to join the duty, as well. But, if a candidate from the Select List fails to join the duty within a period of 15 days, deliberately opting to keep this office in dark, without explaining the problem / peculiar circumstances in writing, the Registry reserves the right to remove his/her name from the Select List, on expiry of the stipulation period of 15 days.

The candidates from the Wait List are also informed that, the Wait List shall be valid for a period of two years from the date of its publication and during this period, as & when there will be any vacancy in the cadre of Peon, owing to any reason of whatsoever nature, it shall be filled in, by issuing appointment order in favour of candidate from the Wait List, as per the chronology.
